December 16, 2009-In Shanghai Property Exchange, Eastcompeace purchased 70% shares of Eastcom Mobile(杭州东信百丰科技有限公司) with 821million RMB, and becomes the largest shareholder of Mobile Eastcom.

The acquisition expands the product portfolio for Eastcompeace with mobile handsets and other terminals; with above 10 years’ experience in providing SIM card–based service Telecommunications industry, Eastcompeace is able to combine both advantages to become a more integrated card, service, and handset supplier for worldwide operators.
